Summer Concert Series

Each summer since 2018 (excluding COVID closures), the Scituate Town Library has offered a free Summer Concert Series, a family-friendly program that community members of all ages can enjoy, participate in and learn from.
Music begins at 6:30. Bring a chair or blanket, and a picnic and enjoy a beautiful summer evening!

Wednesday, July 10— Odaiko - Japanese taiko (drumming)
Wednesday, July 17— Women in World Jazz Featuring musical styles from Cuba’s Cha Cha to Cape Verde’s Coladeira
Wednesday, July 24— Kim Moberg with Heather Swanson (an Indigenous touring singer/songwriter)
Wednesday, July 31— Hula La - Hawaiian-inspired act creating interactive fin shows for families.
This series is wholly funded by the Friends of the Scituate Town Library with money raised from their bookstore and your donations, plus the generosity of underwriters, sponsors and grants.
